摘  要:将路面不平顺视为一对车桥耦合系统内部作用力,提出了基于整体法考虑路面不平顺的车桥耦合振动分析方法,同时给出了基于整体法的路面不平顺施加方法。模拟空间车辆模型,利用ANSYS软件编制了基于整体法考虑路面不平顺的ANSYS参数化设计语言(ANSYS parametric design language,APDL)命令流。结合空间双轴车辆在简支板桥上行驶的案例,对比直接刚度法、振型叠加法和所提方法计算得到的跨中位移时程曲线趋势相同且数值相近,验证了方法的可行性与准确性。借助ANSYS后处理,提取了跨中等效应力和轮轨接触力,研究了在不同等级路面和不同通行速度的情况下,桥面跨中等效应力和轮桥接触力的变化情况。该方法既能够考虑路面不平顺,又可以便捷地提取位移、应力和应变等数据开展结构动力响应分析。Road roughness is considered as the internal force of a pair of vehicle-bridge coupling systems,a vehicle-bridge coupling vibration analysis method is proposed based on the wholeness method considering the road roughness,and the road roughness application method based on the wholeness method is also given.A spring damping element,a mass element and an infinite stiffness shell element are used to simulate the space vehicle model.Using ANSYS software,the APDL(ANSYS parametric design language)command flow is developed considering the road roughness based on the integral method.Combined with the case of a space two-axle vehicle driving on a simply supported plate bridge,the direct stiffness method,mode superposition method and the proposed method are respectively used to calculate.The trends of the mid-span displacement time history curves drawn from the different methods are exactly the same,and the results are very similar,which verifies the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed method.Through the convenient post-processing of ANSYS,the mid span equivalent stress and wheel-rail contact force are extracted,and the changes of the mid span equivalent stress and wheel-bridge contact force of the bridge deck under the conditions of different grades of pavement and different traffic speeds are studied.The proposed method can not only consider the road roughness,but also conveniently extract displacement,stress and strain data to carry out structural dynamic response analysis.
