摘　　要：在数字化、信息化的时代,新型职业农民培训方式已发生了变化,传统的线下培训形式已不能满足农业发展的需求。新型职业农民线上培训形式能够解决线下培训中成本高、不灵活、成效低等问题,线上培训发展迅速。阐述近年来宁夏启动新型职业农民线上培训的工作成效和具体措施,列举线上培训的优点和实际操作中遇到的问题,并提出了切实可行的改进措施。In the era of digitization and information technology,training methods for new-type professional farmers have undergone changes,and traditional offline training formats can no longer meet the needs of agricultural development.Online training for new-type professional farmers has emerged as a solution to the high cost,inflexibility and low effectiveness of offline training,and it has been rapidly developing.This paper discussed the effectiveness and specific measures of online training for new-type professional farmers in Ningxia in recent years,listed the advantages of online training and the problems encountered in practical operations,and proposed feasible improvement measures.
