摘　　要：本文通过一起叉车起升装置越程保护失效的检验案例,详细分析了叉车越程安全距离的确定技术参数,对案例中的设备和同款其他设备进行了仔细勘察比较和技术分析,确定了起升装置越程保护失效的原因,避免同类安全隐患再次出现。列举了常见的防越程装置的结构形式,最后对越程保护装置在叉车安全使用、维修保养、检验等方面提出了意见和建议,具有一定的实践参考意义。Through a forklift lift device over-travel protection failure inspection case,this paper analyzes in detail the technical parameters for determining the forklift safety distance,and makes a careful comparison and technical analysis of the equipment of the case and other equipment of the same type,and determines the cause of the lifting device over-travel protection failure,avoids similar safety hidden danger again.This paper lists the common structural forms of the transit protection device,and finally puts forward opinions and suggestions on the safe use,maintenance,inspection and other aspects of forklifts,which has certain practical reference significance.
