摘　　要：目的结合后勤管理学科建设过程中的实际情况以及上海市公立医院后勤管理发展中的问题,构建高适用性的上海市公立医院的“后勤管理学科”测评体系,为医院后勤管理的发展提供新思路。方法基于文献分析和专家咨询,形成上海市公立医院“后勤管理学科”建设测评工具,运用层次分析法赋予指标权重,构建后勤管理学科建设测评标准。结果20位医院后勤管理专家权威系数为0.903,经专家评审,最终确定3个一级指标和47个二级指标。重要性评分结果显示,各级指标重要性评分均>4.0分,一级指标变异系数均<0.2,47个二级指标变异系数均<0.25。结论上海市公立医院“后勤管理学科”建设测评体系的建立可为优化医院后勤管理提供重要依据,有助于推进医院高质量发展,促进医院管理人才队伍建设。Objective Combining the actual situation during the construction of logistics management disciplines and the problems in the development of logistics management in Shanghai public hospitals,it constructed a highly appli⁃cable“Logistics Management Discipline”evaluation system framework for Shanghai public hospitals to provide new ideas for the development of logistics management in hospitals.Methods This research employs a comprehensive approach,including literature analysis and expert consultations,to create an evaluation tool specifically tailored for assessing the construction of“Logistics Management Discipline”in public hospitals in Shanghai.The Analytic Hierar⁃chy Process(AHP)is used to assign appropriate weights to indicators and establish effective evaluation criteria for the logistics management discipline.Results Among the 20 experts in hospital logistics management,the authorita⁃tive coefficient is calculated to be 0.903.Following expert review,a final selection of 3 primary indicators and 47 sec⁃ondary indicators was established.The results of importance rating indicate that all levels of indicators have impor⁃tance scores exceeding 4.0.The coefficient of variation for the primary indicators is all below 0.2,and for the 47 sec⁃ondary indicators,it is all below 0.25.Conclusion The establishment of the evaluation system for the“Logistics Man⁃agement Discipline”in public hospitals in Shanghai provides a crucial foundation for optimizing hospital logistics man⁃agement.This effort contributes to advancing high-quality development of hospitals and fostering the development of hospital management talent.
