摘  要:策勒黑羊以多胎繁殖和优质羔皮著称,是新疆少有的优质多胎绵羊品种。环境恶劣、饲养管理不规范、混交杂交及产供销难以有效结合等问题,极大地制约了策勒黑羊产业的发展。文章针对策勒黑羊种质资源保护存在的问题,提出了策勒黑羊种质资源保护对策,包括建立策勒黑羊种质资源库、分区制定保种措施、完善鉴定机制、加强饲养管理和防疫及技术推广利用和宣传,以期为我国地方羊遗传资源保护及利用提供借鉴。Cele Black sheep,known for their fecundity and high quality lambskin,are a rare prolific breed of sheep in Xinjiang.However,the breed development has been greatly influenced by such factors as harsh environmental conditions,improper feeding management,unselective mating,and the less-effective chain of production and marketing.This article addresses the issues in the conservation of Cele Black sheep genetic resources and proposes strategies for their conservation,including establishing a gene bank for Cele Black sheep,implementing region-specific conservation measures,improving identification mechanisms,enhancing feeding management and disease prevention,as well as the utilization and extension of related production technologies,with aiming to provide a reference for the protection and utilization of local sheep genetic resources in China.
