盐酸曲唑酮联合安定类药物对抑郁症患者认知和睡眠的影响

摘　　要：目的:结合临床实践经验,探讨盐酸曲唑酮联合安定类药物对抑郁症患者认知和睡眠的影响。方法:选取2020年2月至2022年1月北京市大兴区心康医院收治的抑郁症患者200例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组给予阿普唑仑治疗,观察组在此基础上给予盐酸曲唑酮联合治疗,比较治疗后2组患者睡眠指标,并对2组患者治疗前后焦虑抑郁评分、认知功能评分、多巴胺(DA)及5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平进行比较,统计2组患者治疗满意度。结果:观察组患者觉醒次数和睡眠潜伏时间少于对照组,总睡眠时间多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评分和蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者DA和5-HT水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度(94.00%)高于对照组(82.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸曲唑酮联合安定类药物可改善抑郁症患者睡眠质量,改善患者负面情绪,提高患者认知功能,且患者满意程度高,值得推广。Objective:Combined with clinical experience,to explore the effects of trazodone hydrochloride combined with antipsychotic drugs on cognition and sleep in patients with depression.Methods:A total of 200 patients with depression admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.The control group was given alprazolam treatment,and the combined group was given trazodone hydrochloride combined treatment on the basis of this treatment.Sleep indexes of the two groups were compared after treatment.The anxiety and depression scores,cognitive function scores,DA and 5-HT levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the treatment satisfaction of the two groups of patients was analyzed.Results:The number of awakening times and latent sleep time in observation group were less than those in control group,and the total sleep time was more than that in control group,with statistical significance(P s<0.05).After treatment,SAS and SDS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P s<0.05).After treatment,MMSE score and MoCA score in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P s<0.05).After treatment,the levels of DA and 5-HT in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P s<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in combination group(94.00%)was higher than that in monotherapy group(82.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trazodone hydrochloride combined with antipsychotic drugs can improve the sleep quality of patients with depression,improve the negative mood of patients,improve the cognitive function of patients,improve the neurological function of patients,and the satisfaction of patients is high,which is worthy of further clinica
