个性化舒适护理对甲状腺癌手术患者生理应激及睡眠质量影响

摘　　要：目的:探究甲状腺癌手术患者,实施个性化舒适护理的应用价值。方法:选取2022年5月至2023年5月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的甲状腺癌手术患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施个性化舒适护理,对比2组生理应激指标、睡眠质量及情绪状态。结果:观察组护理后心率(HR)水平(85.35±3.87)次/min、舒张压(DBP)水平(86.77±4.17)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、收缩压(SBP)水平(122.28±5.51)mm Hg均较对照组更加平稳,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组护理后睡眠质量总分(8.78±0.21)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分(31.69±3.36)分与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分(30.61±2.35)分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:个性化舒适护理的应用,有助于提高甲状腺癌患者睡眠质量,减轻生理应激及负性情绪,值得推广。Objective:To explore the application value of personalized comfort nursing for thyroid cancer patients undergoing surgery.Methods:From May 2022 to May 2023,82 patients with thyroid cancer undergoing surgery in our hospital were divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41).Routine nursing and personalized comfort nursing were administered respectively.Physiological stress indexes,sleep quality and emotional state were compared between the two groups.Results:HR level(85.35±3.87)times/min,DBP level(86.77±4.17)mm Hg,SBP level(122.28±5.51)mm Hg in observation group after nursing were more stable than those in control group,and the differences were significant(P s<0.05).The total score of sleep quality after nursing in observation group(8.78±0.21)was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After nursing,SAS score(31.69±3.36)and SDS score(30.61±2.35)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of personalized comfort nursing can help to improve the sleep quality of thyroid cancer patients,relieve physiological stress and negative emotions,and it is worth promoting.
