摘 要:当今信息技术领域的考试评价模式可以分为由厂商、行业协会和政府部门主导的考试,三类考试评价模式各有弊端。对这些弊端及其成因进行分析,论述建立一套多方合作的人才评价模式的必要性。建议由高校和培训机构专业教师组成的教育培训专家团队和由相关领域行业协会会员机构(通常包含研究机构、产品开发企业、产品应用企业、标准化机构)组成的一线技术专家团队,分级细化参与考纲制定、命题,以及题目的评审和更新,以此建立一套更加可信的信息技术领域从业者考试评价模式。Today's examination evaluation mode in the field of information technology can be roughly divided into examinations led by manufacturers,industry associations and government departments,and the three types of examinations have their own drawbacks.These drawbacks and their causes are analyzed,and the necessity of establishing a multi-party talent evaluation model is discussed.It is recommended that the education and training expert team rented by professional teachers of universities and training institutions and the front-line technical expert team composed of member institutions of industry associations in the field(usually including research institutions,product development enterprises,product application enterprises,and standardization institutions)participate in the formulation of syllabuses,propositions,and the review and update of topics,so as to establish a more credible examination evaluation model for practitioners in the field of information technology.
