摘  要:宫颈癌是宫颈恶性上皮性肿瘤,与人乳头瘤病毒感染、长期口服避孕药、多胎妊娠等有关,前期无特异性表现,易漏诊。基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是一类钙离子、锌离子依赖的蛋白水解酶,参与细胞外基质、基底膜降解过程,在多种肿瘤组织中呈高表达。MMPs包含20多种酶,其中某些成员参与了宫颈癌组织血管新生、癌细胞迁移的过程,阻断或抑制MMPs的表达,对控制肿瘤进展、延长患者生存期意义重大。目前,MMPs已被证实在诸多恶性肿瘤中异常表达,且直接影响疾病的诊断与治疗,并被作为主要的肿瘤标志物,考虑其可能也与宫颈癌有一定联系,或可能对宫颈癌的诊治也有一定指导价值。Cervical cancer is a malignant epithelial tumor of the cervix,which is related to human papilloma virus infection,long-term oral contraceptives,multiple pregnancy,etc.There is no specific performance in the early stage,and missed diagnosis may easily occur.Matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs)are calcium and zinc dependent proteolytic enzymes,which participate in the degradation of extracellular matrix and basement membrane and are highly expressed in many tumor tissues.MMPs contain more than 20 enzymes,some of which are involved in the process of angiogenesis and cancer cell migration in cervical cancer tissue.Blocking or inhibiting the expression of MMPs is of great significance for controlling tumor progression and prolonging patient survival.At present,MMPs have been demonstrated to be abnormally expressed in many malignant tumors,which directly affects the diagnosis and treatment of the diseases,and is used as the main tumor markers.Considering that they may also be related to cervical cancer,they may have a certain guiding value for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer.
