摘  要:近年来,甲状腺癌的发病率快速上升,且多为甲状腺微小乳头状癌(PTMC)。颈部淋巴结转移是PTMC侵袭性行为的潜在标志,与复发和死亡有关。甲状腺超声是目前鉴别甲状腺良恶性结节及颈部淋巴结是否转移的首选检查方法,但甲状腺良恶性结节的形态、边界、内部回声及血流等常规超声特征难以鉴别,敏感性较差,超声造影作为常规超声检查的重要补充,能实时、动态、连续地观察病灶的微循环水平及造影剂灌注全过程。注射用六氟化硫微泡能够提高耐久性和重现性,有效提高血液回波率,从而提高信噪比。In recent years,the incidence of thyroid cancer has increased rapidly,and most of them are papillary thyroid microcarcinoma(PTMC).Cervical lymph node metastasis is a potential marker of aggressive behavior in PTMC,which is associated with recurrence and death.Thyroid ultrasound is the first choice for identifying benign and malignant thyroid nodules and cervical lymph node metastasis at present.However,benign and malignant thyroid nodules are difficult to differentiate in terms of conventional ultrasound characteristics such as shape,boundary,internal echo and blood flow,and the sensitivity is poor.As an important supplement to conventional ultrasound examination,contrast-enhanced ultrasound can observe the microcirculation level of the lesion and the whole process of contrast agent perfusion in real time,dynamically and continuously.Injectable sulfur hexafluoride microbubbles can effectively improve the blood echo rate due to its ability to improve the durability and reproducibility,thereby improving the signal-to-noise ratio.
