摘　　要：细胞外囊泡(EVs)是装载DNA、RNA、蛋白质等生物活性物质的一种膜性囊泡,参与细胞间通信并调节细胞生长发育。恶性肿瘤是人类最常见、最主要的死亡原因之一,人类对恶性肿瘤治疗的逐渐耐受及药物缺乏靶向性是恶性肿瘤治疗效果不佳的主要原因。EVs作为一种重要的细胞外成分,在肿瘤的形成、生长、浸润、侵袭、转移以及肿瘤免疫微环境、肿瘤耐药中起重要作用。EVs可反映其来源细胞及接收细胞的生理、病理情况,又可凭借其高度的生物相容性等特点作为高效的药物运载材料。Extracellular vesicles(EVs)are membranous vesicles loaded with bioactive substances such as DNA,RNA and protein,which participate in intercellular communication and regulate cell growth and development.Malignant tumors have been one of the most common and leading causes of death in humans,and the gradual tolerance and lack of targeting of therapeutic drugs are the main reasons for the poor efficacy of tumor therapy.As a significant extracellular component,EVs play a vital role in tumor formation,growth,invasion,metastasis,immune microenvironment and drug resistance.EVs can reflect the physiological and pathological conditions of source cells and recipient cells,and can be used as efficient transport materials due to their characteristics such as high biocompatiblity.
