摘  要:脂质运载蛋白型前列腺素D合成酶(L-PGDS)是脂质运载蛋白超家族成员中较重要的成分,除参与前列腺素合成和脂质转运外,其近年在恶性肿瘤中相关作用的研究也引起了广泛关注。L-PGDS基因在人类多种恶性肿瘤中表达异常,且与肿瘤患者预后有关,其可能通过参与调控肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移和凋亡等生物学行为过程,促进肿瘤的发生和发展。因此,较全面地阐明L-PGDS基因在人类恶性肿瘤中的的作用机制将为未来发现新的肿瘤标志物和治疗靶点提供新思路。Lipocalin-type prostaglandin D synthase(L-PGDS)is an important component of the lipid carrier protein superfamily.In addition to its involvement in prostaglandin synthesis and lipid transport,its roles in malignant tumors have also attracted much attention in recent years.L-PGDS gene is abnormally expressed in a variety of human malignant tumors and is related to the prognosis.It may promote the occurrence and development of tumors by participating in the regulation of biological behavioral processes such as proliferation,migration and apoptosis of tumor cells.Therefore,a more comprehensive elucidation of the role of L-PGDS gene in human malignant tumors will provide new ideas for the discovery of new tumor markers and therapeutic targets in the future.
