摘  要:炎性肠病(IBD)是一种高发的、病因尚未明确的慢性自身免疫性疾病,近年发病率逐渐升高,且病程较长、缠绵难愈,已成为全球关注的热点。IBD发病机制可能与免疫、遗传、微生物和环境因素之间复杂的相互作用密切相关。琥珀酸作为宿主和肠道微生物相互作用过程中的重要代谢物,在参与调节肠道微生物代谢及分布、维持免疫系统稳态和肠黏膜屏障功能中扮演重要角色,影响IBD的发病和康复过程,未来琥珀酸很可能成为IBD精准诊断及治疗的靶点。Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a highly prevalent chronic autoimmune disease of undetermined etiology,which has become a global hotspot of concern in recent years because of its increasing incidence,prolonged course,and intractable nature.The pathogenesis of IBD may be closely related to the complex interactions among immune,genetic,microbial and environmental factors.Succinic acid,as an important metabolite in the interaction between host and intestinal microorganisms,plays an important role in regulating the metabolism and distribution of intestinal microorganisms,maintaining the homeostasis of the immune system and the function of intestinal mucosal barriers,and influences the pathogenesis and recovery process of IBD,so it is likely to become a target for the precise diagnosis and treatment of IBD in the future.
