摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染是全球发病率较高的疾病之一,其自身的毒力因子及相关炎症可诱导胃黏膜萎缩、化生甚至癌变。从正常黏膜到癌变黏膜的发展过程中,及时清除Hp可延缓甚至逆转恶化的发生。Hp入侵宿主细胞可引发炎症反应,且Hp较难清除,导致炎症状态贯穿疾病全程。中医药可通过多通路、多靶点影响疾病进展,在调控Hp相关炎症方面具有独特优势,对于炎症反应、黏膜萎缩以及化生等具有较好疗效。因此,深入研究Hp在胃癌癌前状态中的致炎作用及中医药调控机制,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路。Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection is one of the diseases with high incidence worldwide,and its own virulence factors and related inflammation can induce gastric mucosal atrophy,metaplasia and even cancer.In the process of development from normal mucosa to cancerous mucosa,timely removal of Hp can delay or even reverse the occurrence of deterioration.Hp invasion of host cells triggers an inflammatory response and leads to an inflammatory state throughout the disease because Hp is difficult to clear.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can affect disease progression through multiple pathways and targets,and has unique advantages in regulating Hp-related inflammation,and has good efficacy for inflammatory response,mucosal atrophy and metaplasia.Therefore,in-depth study of the inflammatory effect of Hp in the precancerous state of the stomach and the TCM regulatory mechanism can provide new ideas for the treatment of the diseases.
