摘  要:铁是维持机体生命活动必需的微量元素之一,可参与多种生理活动。过多游离Fe 2+参与氧化应激,导致活性氧产生过量以及核DNA和线粒体破坏,造成细胞损伤、变性甚至死亡。血清铁蛋白是主要的储铁蛋白,可通过调节铁的储存和释放维持体内铁稳态,同时保护细胞免受氧化应激损伤,也是重要的炎症标志物之一。血清铁蛋白水平异常与多种肝脏疾病的进展和预后有关。了解铁蛋白的结构、功能及血清铁蛋白与肝脏疾病的关系对探寻肝脏疾病的发病机制、诊断、严重程度及预后分析等具有一定指导意义。Iron is one of the trace elements necessary for the maintenance of the body′s vital activities and can participate in a variety of physiological activities.Excess free Fe 2+is involved in oxidative stress,leading to excessive production of reactive oxygen species and damage to nuclear DNA and mitochondria,resulting in cell damage,degeneration and even death.Serum ferritin is the major iron storage protein that regulates iron storage and release to maintain iron homeostasis in the body,while protecting cells from oxidative stress damage,and is also an important marker of inflammation.Abnormal serum ferritin levels are associated with the progression and prognosis of many liver diseases.Understanding the structure and function of ferritin and the relationship between serum ferritin and liver diseases is of great significance in the exploration of the pathogenesis,diagnosis,severity and prognosis analysis of liver diseases.
