摘  要:人中性粒细胞载脂蛋白(HNL)是载脂蛋白超家族成员之一,主要在中性粒细胞中表达,当细菌侵犯机体后,HNL通过调节铁稳态发挥抑菌作用,从而参与机体固有免疫系统的组成。HNL还可在脂肪组织、上皮细胞及血管内皮细胞中表达,参与信号转导、免疫反应及细胞的增殖、分化等生物学过程。作为炎症因子,HNL在临床上可作为脓毒血症、尿路感染、颅内感染、肺炎、腹泻及慢性炎症性疾病的预测及疗效评估指标。因此,HNL在儿童感染性疾病中具有广阔的应用前景,且随着对其具体机制的深入研究,HNL有望为临床疾病的诊治提供新思路和理论支持。Human neutrophil lipocalin(HNL),a member of the apolipoprotein superfamily,is expressed mainly in neutrophils and participates in the composition of the body′s intrinsic immune system by regulating iron homeostasis and exerting an antibacterial effect when bacteria invade the body.HNL can also be expressed in adipose tissue,epithelial cells,and vascular endothelial cells,participating in various biological processes including signal transduction,immune response,and cell proliferation and differentiation.As an inflammatory factor,HNL can be used clinically as a predictor and an efficacy indicator of sepsis,urinary tract infections,intracranial infections,pneumonia,diarrhoea and chronic inflammatory diseases.Therefore,HNL has broad prospects in the application of infectious diseases in children.With the in-depth study of its specific mechanism,HNL is expected to provide new ideas and theoretical support for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.
