摘  要:转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)作为一类调节细胞增殖、生长和分化的细胞因子,参与稳态平衡、组织修复、免疫炎症和细胞外基质重塑等病理生理过程。微RNA(miRNA)是一种短链非编码RNA,通过阻断翻译过程或诱导靶信使RNA降解等方式在转录后环节调控基因的表达。TGF-β信号转导参与肝脏疾病的始终,与非酒精性脂肪性肝病、肝炎、肝纤维化和肝癌等慢性肝脏疾病联系密切,miRNA通过调控TGF-β信号转导影响肝脏疾病的发生发展。因此,探讨miRNA调控TGF-β信号通路在肝脏疾病中的作用可为临床防治肝脏疾病提供新思路。Transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β),as a kind of cytokine regulating cell proliferation,growth and differentiation,is involved in a variety of physiological and pathological processes such as homeostasis,tissue repair,immune inflammation and extracellular matrix remodeling.MicroRNA(miRNA)are short non-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression in the post-transcriptional phase by blocking translation or inducing target messenger RNA degradation.TGF-βsignaling is throughout involved in liver disease and is closely associated with a variety of chronic liver diseases such as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,hepatitis,liver fibrosis and liver cancer.miRNA affects the occurrence and development of liver diseases by regulating TGF-βsignaling.Therefore,exploring the role of miRNA in regulating TGF-βsignaling pathway in liver diseases,can provide new ideas for the clinical prevention and treatment of liver diseases.
