摘　　要：膀胱癌是泌尿系统最为常见的恶性肿瘤之一,具有高发病率、复发率、死亡率的特点,严重影响患者生命健康。依据肿瘤分期的手术或放化疗可有效控制膀胱癌进展。近年来中草药治疗膀胱癌效果显著,可有效减少膀胱癌复发,由中草药提取的多种活性成分抗膀胱癌基础研究亦逐渐兴起。目前中草药活性成分抗膀胱癌的分子机制众多,可能通过抑制增殖分化、调控周期、促凋亡、抑制浸润转移、增敏放化疗等直接或间接控制膀胱癌进展。未来需以肿瘤精准治疗为前提,从基因组学、蛋白组学、肿瘤代谢组学等多层面、多通道挖掘中草药精准治疗膀胱癌的价值。Bladder cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the urinary system with the characteristics of high incidence,recurrence rate and mortality,which seriously affects the life and health of the patients.The progression can be effectively controlled by surgery,radiotherapy or chemotherapy according to tumor stage.In recent years,Chinese herbs have shown a significant effect on the treatment of bladder cancer,which can effectively reduce the recurrence.The basic research of various active ingredients extracted from Chinese herbs against bladder cancer is gradually rising.At present,there are many molecular mechanisms of active ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine against bladder cancer,which may directly or indirectly control the progression of bladder cancer by inhibiting proliferation and differentiation,regulating cycle,promoting apoptosis,inhibiting invasion and metastasis,and sensitizing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.In the future,based on the premise of tumor precision treatment,it is necessary to explore the value of Chinese herbal medicine in the precision treatment of bladder cancer from multiple levels and channels such as genomics,proteomics and tumor metabolomics.
