摘　　要：Nectin-4是免疫球蛋白超家族分子之一,主要参与调控肿瘤淋巴管和血管生成、肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭以及上皮-间充质转化等生物学行为。Nectin-4在甲状腺癌、食管癌、胃癌、胆囊癌、乳腺癌、皮肤癌、结直肠癌等肿瘤中表达异常,并与恶性肿瘤的诊断、治疗、预后等显著相关。随着研究的深入,Nectin-4有望成为恶性肿瘤的生物标志物以及有前景的治疗靶点。因此,未来进一步研究Nectin-4与恶性肿瘤的关系,可以为临床药物研究提供新思路。Nectin-4(Nectin cell adhesion molecule-4)is one of the immunoglobulin superfamily molecules,which is mainly involved in regulating biological behaviors including tumor lymphatic vessel and angiogenesis,tumor cell proliferation,migration,invasion,and epithelial mesenchymal transition.Nectin-4 is abnormally expressed in thyroid cancer,esophageal cancer,gastric cancer,gallbladder cancer,breast cancer,skin cancer,colorectal cancer and other tumors,and is significantly related to the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of malignant tumors.With the deepening of the research,Nectin-4 is expected to become a biomarker of malignant tumors and a promising therapeutic target.Therefore,further research on Nectin-4 in malignant tumors may provide new ideas for the clinical drug research in the future.
