摘　　要：肝细胞癌(HCC)是全球常见的恶性肿瘤之一,极易出现复发和转移,故HCC患者的总生存期较差。环状RNA(circRNA)在癌症中高度稳定,具有组织、器官特异性和重要的生物学功能,如作为微RNA的海绵、结合蛋白质、翻译模板、调节转录与选择性剪接等。在HCC细胞和组织中存在circRNA的异常表达,且circRNA参与了HCC的侵袭和转移,推测circRNA可作为HCC治疗的潜在分子靶点,因此深入探讨circRNA在HCC侵袭转移中的作用和机制有望为HCC的治疗提供新的分子靶点。Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world,which is prone to relapse and metastasis,and the overall survival time of HCC patients is poor.Circular RNA(circRNA)is highly stable in cancer and has tissue and organ specificity and important biological functions,including acting as microRNA sponges,binding to proteins,translation templates,regulating transcription and alternative splicing.CircRNA is abnormally expressed in HCC cells and tissues,and circRNA is involved in HCC invasion and metastasis,suggesting that circRNA could be a potential molecular target for HCC therapy.Therefore,an in-depth study of the role and mechanism of circRNA in HCC invasion and metastasis is expected to provide a new molecular target for the treatment of HCC.
