摘 要:肠缺血再灌注(IIR)损伤是一类病死率较高的危重病症,目前临床尚缺乏预防和治疗IIR损伤的有效措施。肠道微生物群及其代谢物在IIR损伤的发生、发展、诊断和治疗过程中起关键作用。不同肠道细菌的丰度、组成及其主要代谢物(短链脂肪酸、次级胆汁酸和色氨酸代谢物等)水平变化可从不同角度阐述IIR损伤的致病机制,改变肠道微生物及其代谢产物水平可影响IIR的肠道损伤。因此,深入研究肠道微生物群及其代谢物在IIR中的作用机制,可以为IIR损伤的诊断、预防和治疗提供关键靶点。Intestinal ischemia-reperfusion(IIR)injury is a kind of critical illness with high mortality.At present,there is a lack of effective measures to prevent and treat IIR injury.Intestinal microbiota and their metabolites play a key role in the occurrence,development,diagnosis and treatment of IIR injury.The abundance,composition and main metabolites(short-chain fatty acids,secondary bile acids and tryptophan metabolites)of different intestinal bacteria can explain the pathogenic mechanism of IIR injury from different angles.Changing the level of intestinal microorganisms and their metabolites can affect the intestinal injury of IIR.Therefore,intensive studies of the mechanisms of the gut microbiota and their metabolites in IIR could provide key targets for the diagnosis,prevention,and treatment of IIR injury.
