摘　　要：结直肠癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁居民的生命健康,造成巨大的社会负担。部分结直肠癌是由锯齿状病变经锯齿状途径发展而来,有效提高锯齿状病变的检出率能够预防结直肠癌发生。消化内镜检查、粪便检测、影像学领域的检查技术均可用于锯齿状病变检测,但不同的检测技术具有不同的特征和诊断优势。充分认识各项技术的特点,选择适宜的诊断技术,有利于提高锯齿状病变的检出率和准确性,对有效预防锯齿状病变进展为结直肠癌具有重要意义。Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignancies,posing a serious threat to the human life and health and causing a huge social burden.Some colorectal cancers develop from serrated lesions via the serrated route.Effectively increasing the detection rate of serrated lesions can prevent the occurrence of colorectal cancer.Gastrointestinal endoscopy,fecal testing and inspection techniques in the field of imaging can all be used to detect serrated lesions,but different detection techniques have different characteristics and diagnostic advantages.A full understanding of the characteristics of each technique and the selection of an appropriate diagnostic technique will help to improve the detection rate and accuracy of serrated lesions,and is important for effectively preventing the progression of serrated lesions to colorectal cancer.
