摘　　要：右半结肠癌受到解剖结构的影响,手术治疗难度相对增加,即使腹腔镜手术能够达到微创的优势,也不能绝对避免手术风险。随着微创技术的不断发展,腹腔镜手术治疗右半结肠癌从五孔逐渐减至单孔、手助腹腔镜,且手术入路也得以优化,右半结肠癌手术效率及安全性显著提高。近年来,不同腹腔镜类型和入路在右半结肠癌治疗中的应用研究不断开展,但研究方向各有侧重,且未能形成统一。因此,未来应从解剖结构、病变位置、主刀医师经验等方面综合考虑,选择腹腔镜类型和手术入路,以达到最佳的治疗效果。Affected by the anatomical structure,the difficulty of surgical treatment for right colon cancer is relatively increased.Although laparoscopic surgery can have the advantage of minimally invasive surgery,it cannot absolutely avoid the risk of surgery.With the continuous development of minimally invasive technology,laparoscopic surgery for right colon cancer has been gradually reduced from five holes to single hole,hand assisted laparoscopic surgery,and the surgical approach has also been optimized,significantly improving the efficiency and safety of right colon cancer surgery.In recent years,the research on the application of different laparoscopic types and approaches in the treatment of right colon cancer has been carried out continuously,but the research directions have different focuses and have not been unified.Therefore,in the future,comprehensive consideration should be given to anatomical structure,lesion location,and the experience of the chief surgeon,to select the laparoscopic type and surgical approach,in order to achieve the optimal therapeutic effect.
