摘  要:巨噬细胞作为人体的一种关键性免疫细胞,参与固有免疫和适应性免疫反应,在保护人体免受病原体侵害时发挥不可或缺的作用;巨噬细胞具有极强的表型可塑性,可适应生存环境的变化,并可根据生存环境分化成不同的细胞亚型,从而发挥不同的免疫功能。肿瘤相关性巨噬细胞(TAM)作为实体肿瘤微环境中重要的免疫组成部分,可促进绝大多数实体肿瘤的进展,并在前列腺癌发生发展、远处转移、血管生成以及化疗耐药等生物学行为过程中发挥重要推动作用。因此,研究TAM在前列腺癌微环境中深层次的分子作用机制有助于更全面地认识前列腺癌的发病机制,并为寻找以TAM为潜在治疗靶点的前列腺癌治疗提供新方向。As a type of key immune cells in human body,macrophages participate in innate and adaptive immune responses and play an indispensable role in protecting human body from pathogens.Macrophages have strong phenotypic plasticity,can adapt to changes in the living environment,and can differentiate into different cell subtypes according to the living environment,so as to play different immune functions.Tumor-associated macrophage(TAM),as an important immune component of solid tumor microenvironment,can promote the progression of most solid tumors and play an important role in the biological behavioral processes of prostate cancer development,distant metastasis,angiogenesis and chemotherapy resistance.Therefore,the study of the deep molecular mechanism of TAM in the prostate cancer microenvironment contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of the pathogenesis of prostate cancer,and provides a new direction for the treatment of prostate cancer with TAM as a potential therapeutic target.
