摘 要:阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种最常见老年期痴呆,病因目前仍未明确,也缺乏有效治疗手段。近年随着“微生物-肠-脑轴”理论的提出,多数学者认为AD的发生、发展与肠道菌群组成和功能改变密切相关,而通过粪菌移植(FMT)可以重建肠道菌群,改善AD患者的认知。但目前相关研究主要为动物研究,临床试验尚少。尽管FMT过程中可能存在一些不良反应,但总体安全、可控。随着智能化制备、选择性菌群移植的进一步发展,FMT将趋于高效、标准、精准和个体化,从而展现出良好的应用前景。Alzheimer′s disease(AD)is the most common dementia in the elderly.At present,the etiology is still unknown,and there is a lack of effective treatment.In recent years,with the proposal of the"microbial-gut-brain axis"theory,most scholars believe that the occurrence and development of AD are closely related to changes in the composition and function of gut microbiota,and fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)can reconstruct gut microbiota and improve cognition.However,at present,the relevant studies are mainly animal studies,and there are few clinical trials.Although there may be some adverse reactions in the transplantation process,it is generally safe and controllable.With the further development of intelligent preparation and selective fecal microbiota transplantation,FMT will tend to be efficient,standard,accurate and individualied,thus showing a good application prospect.
