摘  要:胆汁酸与肠道菌群相互影响,胆汁酸通过调节胆汁酸相关受体抑制肠道菌群的繁殖并改变其构成,肠道菌群则通过参与胆汁酸合成的相关信号通路调控胆汁酸的含量及组成。胆汁酸可反映肝细胞合成、摄取和排泄的功能,肠道稳态失衡则通过肠-肝轴激活肝脏炎症、诱导氧化应激等,使非酒精性脂肪性肝病、肝纤维化和肝硬化甚至肝细胞癌等的发生风险升高。深入研究胆汁酸-肠道菌群在肝脏疾病中的作用,可为解决临床相关疾病提供新思路和治疗靶点。Bile acids and intestinal flora can interact with each other,as bile acids inhibit the reproduction and change the composition of intestinal flora by regulating bile acid-related receptors,and intestinal flora regulate the content and composition of bile acids through signaling pathways involved in bile acid synthesis.Bile acids can reflect the synthesis,uptake and excretion of liver cells,and intestinal homeostasis imbalance activates liver inflammation and induces oxidative stress through the enterohepatic axis,which increases the risk of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,liver fibrosis and cirrhosis,and even hepatocellular carcinoma.Further study on the role of bile acid-intestinal flora in liver diseases can provide new ideas and therapeutic targets for solving related clinical diseases.
