摘　　要：乳头状甲状腺癌(PTC)是一种高发的甲状腺癌类型,具有多中心性发生倾向,且出现颈部淋巴结转移特征的时间较早。虽然甲状腺球蛋白筛查、综合治疗的开展使PTC早期诊断、治疗效果等有了较大改善,但若实现PTC的个体化治疗仍需要新的肿瘤标志物。循环肿瘤标志物与肿瘤组织同源,其在肿瘤诊疗及预后评估中具有重要作用。外周血循环肿瘤细胞、循环肿瘤DNA、循环血内皮细胞微粒等与PTC患者无进展生存期、总生存期等关系密切,上述循环肿瘤标志物或可成为临床预测PTC及治疗靶点的可靠生物学指标。分析循环肿瘤标志物的生物学特性,有望为临床预测PTC的发生风险及预后提供新方法。Papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC)is a type of thyroid cancer with high incidence.It has a tendency to occur in multiple centers,and the characteristics of cervical lymph node metastasis occur earlier.Although the development of thyroglobulin screening and comprehensive treatment has greatly improved the early diagnosis and therapeutic effect of PTC,new tumor markers are still needed to achieve individualized treatment of PTC.Circulating tumor markers are homologous with tumor tissues,and play an important role in tumor diagnosis and treatment and prognosis assessment.Peripheral blood circulating tumor cell,circulating tumor DNA and circulating endothelial microparticles are closely related to the progression-free survival and overall survival of PTC patients.The above mentioned circulating tumor markers may be reliable biological indicators for the clinical prediction of PTC and therapeutic targets.Analysis of the biological characteristics of circulating tumor markers is expected to provide new methods for the clinical prediction of PTC risk and prognosis.
