摘 要:骨肉瘤是最常见的原发性恶性骨肿瘤,手术、化疗和新辅助化疗的联合治疗是骨肉瘤目前常见的治疗方式,但患者总体生存及预后仍不佳。近年发现,长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在肿瘤的发生发展中发挥一定的生物学功能,其在骨肉瘤中异常表达通过影响蛋白合成或调节相关信号通路,差异性调控肿瘤细胞的恶性生物学行为。骨肉瘤相关lncRNA及其与骨肉瘤进展、化疗耐药及预后关系的研究将为骨肉瘤生物诊断标志物及治疗靶点的研究提供帮助,有助于提高骨肉瘤诊疗效果、改善患者预后。Osteosarcoma is the most common primary malignant bone tumor.The combination of surgery,chemotherapy and neoadjuvant chemotherapy is the common treatment for osteosarcoma at present,but the overall survival and prognosis of patients are still poor.In recent years,it has been found that long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)plays a certain biological role in the occurrence and development of tumors,the abnormal expression of which in osteosarcoma can differentially regulate the malignant biological behavior of tumor cells by affecting protein synthesis or regulating related signal pathways.The study of osteosarcoma-related lncRNA and its relationship with the progress of osteosarcoma,chemotherapy resistance and prognosis will provide help for the study of biological diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets of osteosarcoma,and help to improve the diagnostic and therapeutic effect of osteosarcoma,and improve the prognosis of the patients.
