摘　　要：Wnt信号通路参与调控生命体多种功能,如胚胎发育、干细胞维持等,其失调也与肿瘤的发生发展、复发转移、治疗抵抗等密切相关。结直肠癌的发生发展是一个复杂的多步骤过程,受基因突变和表观遗传失调等因素的调控,Wnt信号通路的异常激活对结直肠癌的发生发展起关键的驱动作用,异常激活的Wnt信号通路可促进结直肠癌的发生、增殖、转移以及放化疗抵抗等。因此,探寻结直肠癌的基因突变以及表观遗传的相关治疗靶标对结直肠癌患者的治疗具有重大意义。Wnt signaling pathway is involved in regulating various functions of living body,such as embryonic development,stem cell maintenance,etc.,and its disorder is also closely related to the occurrence and development,recurrence and metastasis,and treatment resistance of tumors.The occurrence and development of colorectal cancer is a complex multi-step process,which is regulated by gene mutation,epigenetic disorders and other factors.The abnormal activation of Wnt signaling pathway plays a key driving role in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer,which promotes the occurrence,proliferation,metastasis and radiochemotherapy resistance of colorectal cancer.Therefore,it is of great significance for the treatment of colorectal cancer patients to explore gene mutations and epigenetic therapeutic targets.
