摘　　要：肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(CAFs)是肿瘤微环境(TME)中的重要细胞成分,其来源多样且具有分子和功能异质性。TME是肿瘤赖以生存的内环境,在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中发挥着重要作用。CAFs在TME中可通过分泌多种细胞因子、趋化因子等调控信号通路参与肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、迁移等生物学过程,也可以通过调节免疫细胞为肿瘤细胞的免疫逃逸提供条件。CAFs参与妇科恶性肿瘤的增殖、淋巴结转移和免疫逃逸等过程,靶向CAFs治疗可能改善患者预后。近年来随着CAFs在宫颈癌、卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌中研究的不断深入,探索其发生发展机制有助于妇科恶性肿瘤的治疗。Tumor-associated fibroblasts(TAFs)are important cell components in tumor microenvironment(TME),which have diverse sources and molecular and functional heterogeneity.TME is the internal environment for tumor survival,and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors.TAFs in TME can participate in biological processes such as tumor cell proliferation,invasion and metastasis by regulating signal pathways through secreting a variety of cytokines and chemokines,and can also provide conditions for tumor cell immune escape by regulating immune cells.TAFs are involved in the proliferation,lymph node metastasis and immune escape of malignant gynecologic tumors.Targeting TAFs may improve the prognosis of the patients.In recent years,with the continuous deepening of the research on TAFs in cervical cancer,ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer,exploring the mechanism of their occurrence and development is helpful to the treatment of malignant gynecologic tumors.
