摘  要:^(125)I放射性粒子植入作为抗肿瘤近距离放疗的重要手段,在直接杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时可诱导肿瘤特异性抗原释放,激活抗肿瘤免疫效应。远隔效应是指放疗照射局部组织的同时可以在远离照射的部位引发生物响应的现象。而^(125)I放射性粒子植入由于具有局部放射剂量高、正常组织损伤小的优势更有利于肿瘤特异性抗原的释放和传递。^(125)I放射性粒子植入联合程序性细胞死亡受体1/程序性细胞死亡配体1抑制剂既能减少放射性损伤的发生,又有潜在诱导更多远隔效应发生的可能,提高抗肿瘤治疗的疗效。因此,深入探究两种治疗方法的作用机制及联合应用模式,可为晚期恶性肿瘤的综合治疗提供重要的理论支持。As an important means of anti-tumor brachytherapy,^(125)I radioactive seed implantation can not only directly kill tumor cells,but also induce the release of tumor specific antigens and activate anti-tumor immune effects.Abscopal effect refers to the phenomenon that radiotherapy irradiates local tissues and triggers biological responses at sites far away from the irradiation.And^(125)I radioactive seed implantation is more conducive to the release and delivery of tumor specific antigens due to the advantages of high local radiation dose and small damage to normal tissues.^(125)I radioactive seed implantation combined with programmed cell death receptor 1/programmed cell death-ligand 1 inhibitor can not only reduce the occurrence of radiation injury,but also potentially induce more abscopal effects,thus improve the efficacy of anti-tumor therapy.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the mechanism and combined application mode of the two treatment methods can provide important theoretical support for the comprehensive treatment of advanced malignant tumors.
