摘 要:肝衰竭作为临床常见的严重肝病症候群,进展快,死亡率高。人工肝是临床有效的主要治疗肝衰竭的方法之一,其可通过部分干扰肝脏物质代谢过程和清除代谢产物改善肝衰竭患者病情,对肝衰竭患者的预后有益。随着个体化治疗理念的推广,更为细化的亚病种模式不断发展,组合型人工肝治疗模式日渐复杂化、多样化,技术成熟度显著提升,广泛应用于临床。而不同模式的人工肝对人体物质代谢的影响存在差异,治疗效果各有不同,比较各型人工肝模式对肝衰竭患者代谢组学的影响有助于更合理地选择人工肝治疗模式,更好地把握人工肝治疗时机、适应证、疗效,提高人工肝治疗水平。As a common clinical severe liver disease syndrome,liver failure progresses rapidly and has a high mortality.Artificial liver is one of the main treatments that have been clinically proven to be effective.It can improve the condition of patients with liver failure by partially interfering with the metabolic process of liver substances and removing metabolites,which is beneficial to the prognosis of the patients.With the promotion of the concept of individualized treatment,the more detailed sub-disease model has been continuously developed,the combined artificial liver treatment model has become increasingly complex and diversified,with significantly improved technical maturity,which is widely used in clinical practice.There are differences in the effects of different modes of artificial liver on human metabolism,and the therapeutic effects are different.Comparing the effects of various types of artificial liver models on metabolomics in patients with liver failure is helpful to rational choice of a more reasonable artificial liver treatment model,better grasp of the timing,indications and efficacy of the treatment,and improving the level of the treatment.
