摘 要:针对煤矿设备传统润滑方式存在的智能化程度低、按需润滑难的问题,将PLC、润滑泵和传感器相结合,设计了一种适用于煤矿设备的智能润滑养护系统。该系统通过上位机完成煤矿设备润滑控制和信息显示,若干泵站和智能分配箱为润滑油的输送提供动力和润滑点的选择,采集终端获取润滑温度和流量参量信息。现场应用表明:该系统实现了煤矿设备按需供油、润滑监测和故障报警,弥补了传统煤矿设备润滑方式的不足,提高了煤矿设备生产效率。Aiming at the problems of low intelligence and difficult on-demand lubrication in the traditional lubrication methods of coal mine equipment,an intelligent lubrication and maintenance system suitable for coal mine equipment is designed by combining PLC lubrication pump and sensor.The system completes the lubrication control and information display of coal mine equipment through the upper computer,and several pumping stations and intelligent distribution boxes provide power for the transportation of lubricating oil and the selection of lubrication points,and the collection terminal obtains lubrication temperature and flow parameter information.The field application shows that the system realizes the on-demand oil supply,lubrication monitoring and fault alarm of coal mine equipment,makes up for the shortcomings of traditional coal mine equipment lubrication methods,and improves the production efficiency of coal mine equipment.
