摘　　要：人T细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白-4(Tim-4)是新近发现的免疫调节分子,主要表达于抗原呈递细胞表面,发挥免疫调控作用。Tim-4在非小细胞肺癌、脑胶质瘤、结直肠癌、宫颈癌等肿瘤细胞上过表达,促进肿瘤的发生、发展、预后以及肿瘤的侵袭转移。而在肝癌组织中,Tim-4低表达并抑制肿瘤进展,提示Tim-4可能具有多重生物学功能。此外,Tim-4单克隆抗体可有效增强癌症疫苗对黑色素瘤的治疗效果,因此应深入研究Tim-4在抗肿瘤中的作用,可为肿瘤的免疫治疗提供新靶点。Human T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin-domain containing-4(Tim-4)is a newly discovered immunomodulatory molecule,which is mainly expressed on the surface of antigen-presenting cells and plays an immunoregulatory role.Tim-4 is highly expressed on tumor cells such as non-small cell lung cancer,brain glioma,colorectal cancer,and cervical cancer,and promotes tumor occurrence,development,prognosis,and tumor invasion and metastasis.In liver cancer tissues,Tim-4 is down-expressed and inhibits tumor progression,which suggests that Tim-4 may have multiple biological functions.In addition,Tim-4 monoclonal antibody can effectively enhance the therapeutic efficacy of cancer vaccines on melanoma.Therefore,the effect of Tim-4 in anti-tumor should be further studied to provide new targets for tumor immunotherapy.
