摘 要:哺乳动物长链酰基辅酶A合成酶(ACSL)1是ACSLs第一个被发现的亚型,含量最为丰富。不同组织或细胞定位的ACSL1通过介导脂肪酸活化参与脂质合成或分解代谢,进而调节细胞信号通路和维持细胞生物学活性。脂质代谢重编程可以为肿瘤细胞提供能量、适应微环境和传递细胞信号,而ACSL1可以通过脂质合成和(或)分解途径影响恶性肿瘤发生发展,但是具体机制有待进一步明确。因此,深入探究ACSL1调控恶性肿瘤进展的机制,有望为ACSL1相关恶性肿瘤的诊治提供更多途径。Long-chain acyl-CoA synthetase(ACSL)1 is the first member discovered in ACLSs,and is also the most abundant in the mammalian.ACSL1 locates in different tissues or cells and is involved in lipid synthesis or lipid decomposition by mediating fatty acid activation,thus regulates the celluar signaling pathway and biological activity.Lipid metabolic reprogramming can provide energy,adapt to the microenvironment and transmit signals for tumor cells.ACSL1 can affect the occurrence and development of malignant tumors through lipid synthesis and/or decomposition pathways,though the specific mechanism remains to be further elucidated.Therefore,deeper study on the mechanism of ACSL1 regulating malignant tumor progression,is expected to provide more ways for the diagnosis and treatment of ACSL1-related malignant tumors.
