摘  要:牙折是根管治疗后牙齿的严重不良并发症之一,根管治疗过程中过度的牙体组织去除是引起牙折的重要原因,因此根管治疗中应尽可能做到微创,以保存更多的牙体组织。基于此,近年微创牙髓治疗成为牙体牙髓疾病治疗的新趋势,也有很多微创的根管治疗器械出现。微创牙髓治疗的理念及新的根管治疗器械有助于保证临床治疗效果的同时保留更多的健康牙体组织,并可在一定程度上增强治疗后牙齿的抗折强度、降低牙折发生率、延长治疗后牙齿的临床寿命。Tooth fracture is one of the serious adverse complications of teeth after root canal therapy,during which excessive tooth tissue removal is an important cause of tooth fracture.Therefore,minimally invasive treatment should be done as possible in the process of root canal treatment in order to save more tooth tissue.Based on this,minimally invasive endodontics has become a new trend in the treatment of dental pulp diseases in recent years,and many minimally invasive root canal treatment instruments have been emerging.Minimally invasive endodontics concept and new endodontic instruments help to retain more healthy dental tissues while ensuring the therapeutic effect,and to some extent can enhance the fracture strength of teeth after treatment,reduce the incidence of tooth fracture,and prolong the clinical life of teeth after treatment.
