摘 要:肠化生由正常胃黏膜受到长期慢性炎症刺激发展而来,可进展为不典型增生甚至胃癌。除幽门螺杆菌感染外,胆汁酸刺激也与肠化生密切相关,但胆汁酸诱导肠化生的分子机制目前尚未明确。微RNA(miRNA)可通过特异性识别并结合目标靶基因调控靶基因的降解或翻译,从而影响下游信号通路及相关蛋白的表达,参与胆汁酸诱导肠化生的过程。因此,深入研究miRNA与胆汁酸诱导肠化生的关系对阐明相关分子机制具有重要意义。未来,miRNA有望成为早期诊断胆汁酸诱导肠化生的潜在分子标志物及治疗靶点。Intestinal metaplasia develops from the normal gastric mucosa stimulated by long-term chronic inflammation,and can progress to atypical hyperplasia or even gastric cancer.In addition to Helicobacter pylori infection,bile acid stimulation is also closely related to intestinal metaplasia,but the molecular mechanism of bile acid-induced intestinal metaplasia remains unclear.MicroRNA(miRNA)can specifically recognize and bind to target genes,and regulate the degradation or translation of target genes,and affect the expression of downstream signaling pathways and related proteins participating in the regulation of bile acid-induced intestinal metaplastic developmental process.Therefore,it is of great significance for elucidating its molecular mechanism to investigate the relationship between bile acid-induced intestinal metaplasia and miRNA.In the future,miRNA is expected to become a potential molecular marker for early diagnosis and therapeutic target of bile acid-induced intestinal metaplasia.
