摘  要:抑郁障碍是一种以心境低落为主要特征的情感性精神障碍综合征,近年来在我国发病率逐步增高。其不仅危害患者的生活质量和生命健康,更为社会和家庭带来巨大的负面影响。核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体参与抑郁障碍的发病过程并受到众多中医药治疗方式的影响,其表达和激活在细胞自噬、细胞凋亡、泛素化过程以及外泌体作用等生理过程中均有作用靶点;同时,脑肠菌轴、下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴、下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的活动对NLRP3炎症小体也具有调控作用。因此,探索中医药治疗手段对NLRP3炎症小体泛素化过程的调控机制,以及中医药对外泌体的形成、分泌、信息传递的影响途径均将成为研究抑郁障碍中NLRP3炎症小体作用的新方向。Depressive disorder is a kind of affective disorder syndrome with low mood as the main characteristic,the incidence of which in China is gradually increasing in recent years.Depressive disorder not only harms the quality of life and health of the patients,but also brings great negative impact on the society and family.Nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasomes participate in the pathogenesis of depression and are affected by many traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatments.Their expression and activation have targets in the physiological processes such as autophagy,apoptosis,ubiquitination and exosome action;the activities of brain-gut bacterium axis,hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis and hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad axis also regulate NLRP3 inflammasomes.Therefore,exploring the regulatory mechanism of TCM on the ubiquitination process of NLRP3 inflammasomes,as well as the influence of TCM on the formation,secretion and information transmission of exosomes,will all become new directions to study the role of NLRP3 inflammasomes in depression.
