摘  要:于2021年10月—2022年4月选择我院42名军队护士作为研究对象,分为对照组和干预组。对照组采取传统教学模式,干预组采取沉浸式教学模式。对比两组护士理论与操作成绩、模拟体验感及教学效果,以探究沉浸式教学在军队护士静脉输液技术培训中的应用效果。实践表明,沉浸式教学应用于军队护士静脉输液技术培训中,有助于提高护士理论与操作成绩、增强模拟体验感,教学效果显著。42 military nurses from our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into control group and intervention group from October 2021 to April 2022.The control group was taught by traditional teaching model,while the intervention group was taught by immersive teaching model.After comparing the theoretical and operational performance,simulated experience,and teaching effectiveness of two groups of nurses to explore the application effect of immersive teaching in military nurses'technical training of intravenous infusion.The practice has shown that the application of immersive teaching in the technical training of intravenous infusion for military nurses can help improve their theoretical and operational performance,enhance their sense of simulation experience,and achieve significant teaching results.
