摘　　要：为应对我国人口老龄化,满足老年人日益增长的医疗保健、康复护理需求,各地区积极响应政府号召,全面推进医养结合,取得了良好的社会效果。然而医养结合机构照护者能力参差不齐等问题逐渐暴露,影响医养结合机构的养老服务质量。建议政府与相关医养结合机构统一养老护理员核心胜任力的评价量表,规范培训及考核标准,加强培训力度,尤其是专业医疗护理和精神护理的培训,加快完善专业人才培养和晋升体系,并推进多学科融合,实现“智慧养老”,以促进医养结合良性发展。To cope with the aging population in China and meet the growing demand for medical care and rehabilitation care for the elderly,various regions have actively responded to the government's call and comprehensively promoted the integration of medical care and elderly care,this is achieving good social effects.However,the uneven abilities of caregivers in medical and elderly care institutions are gradually being exposed,which affects the quality of elderly care services in these institutions.It is suggested that the government and relevant medical and nursing institutions should unify the evaluation scale of the core competence of elderly caregivers,standardize the training and assessment standards,strengthen the training,especially the training of professional medical care and mental care,speed up the improvement of professional personnel training and promotion,and promote multidisciplinary integration to achieve"smart elderly care",so as to promote the healthy development of medical and nursing integration.
