摘　　要：采用整群抽样方法选取1 246名在校大学生为研究对象,采用自制问卷调查生殖健康知识、态度和行为现状,并分析影响因素,以了解山东省大学生生殖健康知识、态度和行为现状,并分析影响因素。研究表明,山东省大学生的生殖健康知识水平不高,存在不安全的生殖健康行为。应开启“个人—学校—家庭—社会”联动模式,重视母亲引导,借助健康的信息化平台开展性别差异化的生殖健康教育。A total of 1,246 collegians in Shandong Province were selected with whole group sampling method,and a self-made questionnaire was adopted to investigate the status of health knowledge,attitudes and behaviors of produce and to analyze the influencing factors,so as to learn the status of collegians'health knowledge,attitudes and behaviors of produce in Shandong Province,and to analyze the influencing factors.The study showed that collegians in Shandong Province have poor reproductive health knowledge and unsafe reproductive health behaviors.A linkage model of"individual,school,family and society"should be initiated,emphasis should be placed on mothers'guidance,and gender-differentiated reproductive health education should be carried out with the help of healthy information platform.
