摘　　要：法学专业课程思政贯彻习近平法治思想,有助于法科学生正确树立社会主义核心价值观,增强对习近平法治思想的理论认同、情感认同。在全面依法治国背景下,法学专业课程思政教学改革以培养“德法兼修”高素质法治人才为主要目标,遵循灌输与渗透相结合、理论与实际相结合、历史与现实相结合、显性教育与隐性教育相结合的基本原则。通过明确法学专业课程思政的育人目标,灵活运用多种教学方法,构建“双师+”实践教学协同育人模式等路径,不断深入学习贯彻习近平法治思想,培养新时代高素质的法治人才。Carrying out Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law in the ideological and political education courses of law major can help law students to correctly establish socialist core values and enhance their theoretical and emotional recognition of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law.In the context of the overall rule of law,the teaching reform of ideological and political education courses of law major with both virtue and lawhigh-quality personnel training as the main goal follows the basic principles of combination of indoctrination and penetration,combination of theory and practice,combination of history and reality,and combination of explicit education and implicit education.Through specific targets of ideological and political education courses of law major and the flexible use of various teaching methods,the path of the education by off-campus supervisors and on-campus supervisors practical teaching and collaborative education mode is built to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law and cultivate high-quality legal talents in the new era.
