摘 要:教师评价关乎教师队伍建设,是促进教育发展的“指挥棒”。长期以来我国教师评价体系存在重管理轻发展等弊端,教师发展性评价导向不足。《教师法》的修订顺应了新时代教师评价体系改革的新要求,在促进高素质教师队伍建设方面发挥着重要作用。倡导评价理念的发展性,强化评价内容及手段的科学性,保障评价过程及结果运用的有效性,是新时代教育背景下教师发展性评价的应然路向。Teacher evaluation is related to the construction of teachers and is the “baton” to promote the development of education.For a long time,China's teacher evaluation system has drawbacks such as emphasizing management and undervaluing development,and the orientation of teacher development evaluation is insufficient.The revision of Teachers Law conforms to the new requirements of teacher evaluation system reform in the new era,and plays an important role in promoting the construction of high-quality teachers.To advocate the development of the evaluation concept,to strengthen the scientific content and means of the evaluation,and to ensure the effectiveness of the evaluation process and the application of the results are the proper direction of the teacher development evaluation in the educational background of the new era.
