摘  要:对涉及无人艇的国际组织要求、船级社规范、船旗国规则,以及国际技术标准等进行梳理分析,通过对技术标准的现状分析及多角度对比,得出标准差异及标准缺项,结果表明,在无人艇的自主等级分类,体系核心模块设置,智能功能要求等都有相关的技术标准;但对于无人艇操纵人员的认证办法,网络可靠性及安全性验证,以及风险的等级划分及评估等诸多标准尚未完善。The requirements of unmanned surface vehicles in international rules,classification societies’rules,flag state regulations and international technical standards were investigated and compared,to find out the differences and lacunarity of standards.It was shown that there are relevant technical standards in the autonomous level classification,system core module setting,and intelligent function requirements of unmanned surface vehicles;however,there are still many standards need to be improved,such as the certification method of unmanned surface vehicle operators,network reliability and security verification,and risk classification and assessment.
