摘　　要：在大众创业,万众创新的时代背景下,对于高校应培养什么样的人才,怎样培养人才提出了更多新的要求。文中分别对创新创业教育和专业教育的发展现状进行了分析,并针对目前二者融合中存在的问题进行了探究,对地方高校在二者融合过程中的发展路径进行了探讨,尤其从当前物流管理专业的发展现状着手希望将创新创业教育很好地融合其中,为地方高校物流管理专业的人才培养提供一定参考。Under the background of widespread entrepreneurship and innovation,more new requirements are put forward for what kind of talents should colleges and universities cultivate and how to cultivate them.This paper analyzes the development status of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,explores the problems existing in the current integration of the two,and discusses the development path of local colleges and universities in the process of integration of the two,especially from the current development status of logistics management,hoping to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education well and provide a certain reference for the talent training of logistics management in local colleges and universities.
