摘 要:当前,在数字技术发展牵引和党和国家重大政策的推动下,以数字出版为代表的数字内容产业正日益成为供给侧结构性改革的重要抓手和拉动文化消费的新增长点,为出版业提供了快速发展的新动能。数字出版编辑人才队伍建设是扩大优质数字内容供给、加快推动出版深度融合发展的关键性要素。从数字出版编辑职业的顶层设计、设立过程进行梳理,基于科学的职业观察视角,梳理数字出版编辑的职业活动、职业能力框架、人力资源供需现状,将数字出版编辑与其他相关职业加以区别,并对目前数字出版人才队伍建设中存在的问题和挑战进行归纳。在此基础上展望数字出版编辑人才的职业前景,提出如下举措:一是开发职业标准,健全职业资格体系;二是发挥产学研协同机制,加强出版学科建设;三是发挥企业人才建设主体作用;四是优化培训供给和继续教育等。At present,driven by the development of digital technology and the introduction of major national policies,the digital content industry represented by digital publishing is becoming an important breakthrough of the supply-side structural reform and a new growth point for simulating cultural consumption,providing the publishing industry with new energy for rapid development.The construction of digital publishing editorial talent team is a key element in expanding the supply of high-quality digital content and accelerating the development of deep integration of publishing.Based on the top-level design and establishment process of digital publishing editing profession,and from the perspective of scientific career observation,this research sorted out the occupational activities,competency framework,and current situation of human resources supply and demand of digital publishing editors,differentiated digital publishing editors from other related occupations,and summarized the problems and challenges in the construction of digital publishing talent team.On this basis,career prospects of digital publishing editing talents were listed and following initiatives were puts forward:first,developing vocational standards and improving vocational qualification system;second,playing the role of colleges and universities and strengthening discipline construction;third,playing the role of enterprises as the main body of talent construction;fourth,optimizing policy suggestions such as training supply and continuing education.
