民族院校商科专业新文科建设路径与目标实证研究

摘　　要：“新文科”建设已成为新时代民族院校高质量发展的重要方向,探索民族院校新文科建设路径,实现新文科建设目标具有重要价值。通过对民族院校商科专业在校学生的问卷调查,实证分析新文科建设路径对人才培养目标的影响及其作用机理,并探讨教学管理的中介作用。研究表明,新文科建设的路径对新文科培养目标有正向显著影响,加强教学管理对新文科建设的措施路径与培养目标之间存在中介影响。在此基础上,提出民族院校商科专业新文科建设的建议。The construction of“New Liberal Arts”has become an important direction for the high-quality development of ethnic colleges and universities in the new era.It is of great value to explore the paths of New Liberal Arts construction in ethnic colleges and universities and realize the targets of New Liberal Arts construction.Through a questionnaire survey of business students in ethnic colleges and universities,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of the construction paths of New Liberal Arts on the targets of talent training and its mechanism,and discusses the intermediary role of teaching management.The research shows that the paths of New Liberal Arts construction have a positive and significant impact on the training targets of New Liberal Arts,and the strengthening of teaching management has an intermediary effect between the paths and training targets of New Liberal Arts construction.On this basis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of New Liberal Arts in business majors of ethnic colleges and universities.
