摘  要:“五育并举”教育体系引领新时代高职教育的发展,是新时代中国特色社会主义教育体系的内涵,也是高职教育工作者进行思想政治教育工作的行动指导。基于此,分析高职教育职业生涯规划教育工作存在的问题,探讨“五育并举”理念的内涵和借鉴意义,并以“五育并举”理念作为思想引领,通过树立职业生涯规划课程思政观、打造职业生涯规划“金课”、完善师资队伍等方式构建了高职院校学生职业生涯规划教育工作机制。The education system of“Simultaneous Development of Five Education”leads the development of higher vocational education in the new era,which is the connotation of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and also the action guidance for higher vocational educators to carry out ideological and political education work.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the career planning education work of higher vocational education,discusses the connotation and reference significance of the concept of“Simultaneous Development of Five Education”,and takes the concept of“Simultaneous Development of Five Education”as the ideological guidance.By establishing ideological and political concept of career planning courses,creating“golden courses”of career planning,and improving the teaching staff,the working mechanism of career planning education for students in higher vocational colleges is constructed.
