摘　　要：电子工艺实习是工艺性、实践性的技术基础课,是理工科学生必修课程之一,是塑造新时期高素质、复合性人才的重要实践教学环节。在各高校大力探索培养“新工科”人才的背景下,针对目前电子工艺实习的现状以及所存在的问题,从教学模式,实验环节入手,提出了相应的改革措施。实施效果良好,学生从实验中获得了实际的工程实践经验,锻炼了学生解决问题的能力,巩固了所学的专业知识。Electronic technology practice is the basic course of technology and practice.It is one of the compulsory courses for science and engineering students,and it s also important practical teaching link to build high quality and compound talents in the new era.Under the background of exploring and cultivating talents of“new engineering”in colleges and universities,in view of the current situation of electronic technology practice and the existing problems,the corresponding reform measures and innovations are proposed from the teaching mode and the experimental link.The implementation effect is good.The students have gained practical engineering practice experience from the experiment,exercised their problem-solving ability and consolidated their professional knowledge.
