摘  要:高校实验教师队伍发展是高校实验室建设的重点之一。但当前高校实验教师队伍存在职业认同感低、管理机制落后、创新实践能力不足、协作共享意识淡薄等问题。基于协同理论视角,提出了促进高校实验教师队伍发展对策:关注教师需求,完善激励机制;实现师生耦合,加强内部协同;强化团队建设,构建协作共同体;增强协作意愿,搭建协作平台;严格过程管理,协同人文关怀,以期促进高校实验教师队伍发展,为“十四五”期间加快高校实验教师队伍建设提供参考。The development of experimental teaching team is the focus of the laboratory construction in colleges and universities.But at present,it has many problems such as the professional identity is low,the management system is backward,the innovative and practical ability is poor,the collaboration and sharing awareness is weak and so on.The solution countermeasures were proposed based on the perspective of synergy theory,they are focusing on the requirements of the teachers and perfecting encouraging system,coupling of students and teachers and enhancing the internal synergy,strengthening team construction and building the communities of cooperation,implementing strict process management and cooperating humanistic care.These countermeasures were hoped to promote the development of experimental teaching team and provide a reference for the accelerating the construction of experimental teaching team in colleges and universities during the“Fourteenth Five”period.
